Location was perfect, just a quick 10-minute walk to Shinjuku. The room felt cozy with comfortable beds. I appreciated the fresh towels provided often and the nice toiletries in the bathroom. The self-check-in process worked well for me, which made things easy. However, the breakfast options were limited, which was disappointing since I look forward to a good breakfast. The lifts can be problematic during busy times as they were shared with cleaning staff, making me wait at times. Also, the room could use more space for storage. it was a bit cramped with two suitcases. Overall, a solid stay with some room for improvement.

The bathroom was too cramped to comfortably move around.

Cozy bedding made for a good night's sleep, which is a must after roaming the streets. The location is spot on, just steps away from the subway and plenty of dining options nearby.
The rooms can be surprisingly tight, especially if you're rolling with larger luggage. you might have to shove it under the bed. Figuring out the mixed-use tap connection between the sink and bathtub took more brainpower than it should have, leading to awkward moments of wasted water. Also, if you hit the laundry room in the evening, be ready for a bit of a crowd.

I loved how the hot springs on the B1 level were just a few steps away and ended up being my go-to for a relaxing soak after a long day. The on-site public bath was also a highlight, perfect for unwinding. The check-in process was a bit confusing, but overall, I had a great experience here! 😊

The room was definitely on the small side, but it felt cozy and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy, which was a plus. There was a nice bathtub in the room, and amenities were really great. Everything was tidy, and I got a good night's sleep. But yeah, not much space to move around in.

Couple seeking good vibes
We were greeted with free Sochu at check in, really sets the mood right! The staff spoke English well and helped us find a taxi to the airport when we needed it.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.
